The Annual Rotherham Harrier's Christmas Day Handicap Race

Thanks to Jim Brogan for organising. He may send a race report (April: he didn't).

David Haywood for timekeeping and as MoC.
Tribute was made to Jaimie Robinson, who ran last year but was tragically involved in a plane crash,
Phil Allen who presented the prizes last year, but succumbed to his illness during the year and
club stalwart Don Creamer who is still in hospital 5 months after a stroke

Congratulations to Wendy Roberts, second ever lady to win and first lady winner as a husband and wife partnership in the race
She keeping his pace going despite the approaching hares. It was good to see the number of ladies taking part (a record 5 ladies this year)

Second Jim Gallagher (Jim Brogan emphatically denies accepting a bribe from a fellow Scot)

Third Brian Harney was really steaming when he overtook me shortly after the turn.
